I actually snatched up a PR6 domain for cheap recently. I found it on a free Godaddy domaining tool. Checked the credentials and bought it for $15. It doesn't have backlinks but it is about 2years old. After, buying it. I checked on dnscoop and found it's worth roughly $340 by itself now. Now, I'm trying to decide if I should keep on developing it or do a quick sell. $325 for a $15 domain investment is not a bad margin, right?
